DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to peak promotional periods (such as Black Friday), dispatch and delivery times may be slightly delayed. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

We offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders.
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over AU$129 within Australia (3–10 business days).

For all other regions, shipping fees and free shipping thresholds may vary and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order and payment. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. Unichi is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for complying with all local import regulations and requirements applicable in their destination country.

If you wish to amend your order, please contact us at hello@unichi.com.au as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation if a product has a major fault or is not of acceptable quality.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch:

  • Subscription or repeat delivery orders can be managed directly via your account

  • For all other orders, please contact our customer care team at hello@unichi.com.au

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@unichi.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Photo evidence

  • Your name and delivery address

In some cases, we may request the return of the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed faulty. We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as Unichi is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will process a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Where applicable, return postage costs will also be reimbursed.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
