If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit, or are defective or incorrect, please contact us by e-mail info@unichi.com.au within 24 hours to inform us of your wish to return your goods.

Our products contain natural ingredients that are unlikely to cause side effects. However, we always recommend to read labels and instructions before purchase. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Unichi does not conduct any animal testing during the product development or manufacturing process of our products. Furthermore, as Unichi is committed to remaining as cruelty-free as possible, we do not undertake any testing on animals in Australia or New Zealand for any of our finished products.

Our products contain natural ingredients that are unlikely to cause side effects. However, we always recommend taking a break from your regular supplements while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

We are happy to verify and confirm with you if you have bought a genuine Unichi product. Please provide photos of the bottle including photos of the batch number and send to our email info@unichi.com.au. Batch numbers can be found on the bottom of the box or side of the bottle next to the expiry date.

It is normal to see slight packaging variations amongst our products due to different printing production batches.
