DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Free delivery on all orders over AU$129 within Australia. Standard free delivery in Australia takes 3 to 10 business days. Free delivery on all orders over AU$179 within New Zealand. Free delivery on all orders over AU$219 within Southeast Asia. Free delivery on all orders over AU$289 within all European countries and North America. When you place an order, you will receive a reply e-mail acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment has been processed. You will also receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order`s delivery progress. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end, we will keep you informed by e-mail of expected dispatch dates.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Unichi via email hello@unichi.com.au and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to exchange the product.
Order must be paid in full prior to delivery.
RETURNS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major quality issue and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You may cancel an Order you have placed (including if you have received an order confirmation) up until Dispatch. Repeat Delivery Orders can be cancelled via the Site up until Dispatch. For all other types of Delivery, you can simply contact our customer service team hello@unichi.com.au to cancel your Order any time up until Dispatch. The delivery service provider may let you know when they have collected your Order from us.
If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit, or are defective or incorrect, please contact us by e-mail hello@unichi.com.au within 24 hours to inform us of your wish to return your goods. You must include your original order number, photo evidence, with your name and address.
In certain cases, our team may require you to return the goods. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods and to ensure they are not damaged while in your care or during transit.
We strongly recommend using an insured or registered postal service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once the item has been received, inspected, and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount using the original payment method. We will also refund the postage cost for returning the item to us. However, if the issue with the product constitutes a major failure, you may choose to receive a refund, a replacement, or request compensation for any decrease in the product's value.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product due to (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done with photo evidence and within 24 hours of receiving your goods by emailing hello@unichi.com.au.
Please note, Unichi is not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind about a product, so we kindly ask you to choose carefully.
