Skills and experience

  • Develop, drive and execute an eCommerce plan in alignment with the greater brand marketing plans.
  • Manage the optimization and growth of our eCommerce strategy to achieve company online marketing and sales goals.
  • Maximize online conversion through developing effective customer journeys, multi device strategy.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce campaigns across various media including managing e-commerce KOL, VIP shoppers etc.
  • Work closely with the global team to ensure strategic alignment with your eCommerce strategy, marketing plans, promotions and campaigns to promote a cohesive brand story.
  • Drive growth and brand awareness online by showcasing our range of products, retailers and ecommerce platforms.
  • Track, analyse and develop actionable reporting and insights on sales performance & effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations based on these insights.
  • Manage and collaborate with distributors for a smoothly operation of key third-party e-commerce stores.
  • Manage and guide TP’s operation strategy, plans and execution of flagship store in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery.
  • Build and manage effective relationships with third party partners.

 

Successful candidate will have

  • At least 5 years’ experience in e-commerce or similar role.
  • Familiar with key e-commerce platforms (T-mall, JD, Kaola etc) and strong network in the industry.
  • Strong commercial experience and knowledge with eCommerce and online platforms.
  • Significant marketing experience, specifically in eCommerce.
  • Proven analytical capabilities.
  • Have a passion for excelling in the digital arena.
  • Highly organised, analytical and creative.
  • Experience working with remote team preferable.

  • Develop and execute Marketing Communication strategy in alignment with the greater brand marketing plans.
  • Drive O2O channels to build up brand/product awareness and reputation.
  • Work with the GM China to set communication plan and KPI.
  • Work with the ecommerce team to create digital campaign contents to drive traffic to E-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with the Head Office Marketing Team to coordinate China digital marketing activities, cohesive campaigns by managing the digital campaign planning, execution & reporting.
  • Support traditional marketing communications tactics (trade shows, Launch event, etc).
  • Develop and manage communication content in China by working with head office team to ensure alignment with branding guidelines.
  • Build and manage effective relationships with third party partners.

 

Successful candidate will have

  • At least 6 years’ professional experience in marketing communication in similar industry or agencies.
  • Proven experience with: traditional PR, ePR, social media, digital marketing, etc.
  • Sound writing skills, project management skills required.
  • Familiar with region media network and strong relationship with key media and KOLs in the industry.
  • Solid knowledge & experience in marketing communication.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, in both English and mandarin is preferred).
  • Experience working with remote teams is preferred.
