SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship only within Australia.

How much to qualify for free shipping?

Minimun for free shipping is $40.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard delivery in Australia takes 3 to 10 business days.

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

Yes, please send a email to [email protected] within 24 hours after your place order.

How do I track my orders?

You will receive a email from our courier Amarex including your tracking number, once your order has been dispactched.

What is your return policy?

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major quality issue and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit, or are defective or incorrect, please contact us by e-mail [email protected] within 24 hours to inform us of your wish to return your goods.

Changed your mind? Made a mistake? That’s okay!

Please send through your request to our support email [email protected] and our customer service team will help you. Please reach out as quickly as possible so that we cancel your order in time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept credit card only.

When will my payment be processed?

Your card will be charged during checkout once your order has been placed.

Do your products have expiration dates?

Yes, please check the expiry date on product package.

Are your products safe for all ages?

Our products contain natural ingredients that are unlikely to cause side effects. However, we always recommend to read labels and instructions before purchase. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Do you test your products on animals?

Unichi does not conduct any animal testing during the product development or manufacturing process of our products. Furthermore, as Unichi is committed to remaining as cruelty-free as possible, we do not undertake any testing on animals in Australia or New Zealand for any of our finished products.

Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant / nursing?

Our products contain natural ingredients that are unlikely to cause side effects. However, we always recommend taking a break from your regular supplements while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Have I bought a genuine Unichi product? How do I identify it’s genuine?

We are happy to verify and confirm with you if you have bought a genuine Unichi product. Please provide photos of the bottle including photos of the batch number and send to our email [email protected]. Batch numbers can be found on the bottom of the box or side of the bottle next to the expiry date.

Why does the packaging differ from batch to batch?

It is normal to see slight packaging variations amongst our products due to different printing production batches.
