  • Develop and implement quality systems, procedures and SOPs.
  • Identify risks to quality and compliance.
  • Prepare COAs documents, packaging specs and finished good specs.
  • Evaluate raw material and packing suppliers are up to company standards.
  • Ensure component and product quality.
  • Develop and maintain corrective action procedures.
  • Investigate and report customer complaints.
  • Train staff on QA/QC policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

 

Successful candidate will have

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience TGA listings supplements/skincare /food supplement products.
  • Well-developed communication, verbal and written.
  • Excellent relationship building and management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in related major e.g. nutrition, complimentary medicine, food science and naturopathic studies.
  • Excellent knowledge of GMP, TGA and FSANZ.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and manage time effectively.
