Successful candidate will have

  • Proven successful track record in developing multi-channel strategies in both ANZ and China
  • Experiences in skincare, supplement products or FMCG industry.
  • Previous experience in growing new business and managing channels such as distributors, Daigou channel, pharmacies, health food stores and supermarkets.
  • Strong communication skill in both English and Chinese
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Ability to build strong networks and partnerships with the customers

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include but are to limited to:

  • Develop and manage the implementation of the marketing strategies across key brands and products.
  • Analyse and monitor competitor and consumer activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Forecast and manage marketing budget
  • Manage the development of all communication for both B2B and B2C activities.
  • Project-manage the digital marketing plans, events, influencer marketing, sponsorships, print advertising, media and new product launches.
  • Manage day to day marketing support across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver press releases; responses to media enquiries, interview requests and other PR activities as they arise.
  • Develop effective plans and lead the execution of marketing campaigns to deliver ROI.
  • Liaise with sales team and distributors for instore campaigns
  • Develop messages, manage and maintain unified messaging across several integrated channels
  • Analyse marketing analytics and campaign results to provide useful insights for action.
  • Coach and mentor team members

Successful candidate will have

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing with solid management experience in FMCG/skin care/supplements products.
  • Proved track record of building effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Degree in Marketing or other relevant discipline.
  • A high level of oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong ability to provide insights and translate creativity into actionable plans.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and consultative style with teams.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the market landscape, the competition and the future opportunities.
